THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive, results-focused, data-driven individual with a love for all things eCommerce and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is up to date on industry trends, has a solution-driven mindset, and can effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet business targets.

Reporting to the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Lead, the eCommerce Coordinator plays a vital role in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our site and implementation of our digital marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

eCommerce

  • Maintain, update, publish and optimise all facets of eCommerce content including, but not limited to, products, imagery, FAQs, promotions, banners, blogs, content pages and site merchandising.
  • Analyse website metrics, heat mapping, and A/B tests to identify opportunities to improve user experience and website conversion rates.
  • Assist with the development and execution of the online SEO strategy to drive organic website traffic and growth, and ensure SEO is considered with all BAU content on site.
  • Monitor sites for operational issues and troubleshoot with eCommerce Lead and developer to fix them.
  • Work closely with our Customer Service Team, acting as the first point of escalation, ensuring marketing plans and activity are communicated in advance, and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve sales from customer feedback & insights.
  • Assisting in creating and documenting new processes and workflows to streamline processes in the eCommerce team.

Digital Marketing

  • Play an active role in maintaining the digital marketing calendar, working closely with the marketing & eCommerce leads to ensure the calendar is managed and updated as required to meet business targets.
  • Responsible for the ideation, briefing, scheduling and reporting of email campaigns and flows within Klaviyo with support from the eCommerce Lead.
  • Assist with ideation, briefing and reporting on performance channels including affiliate marketing and PPC campaigns.

Reporting

  • Support the eCommerce Lead in accurately reporting on weekly and monthly website & marketing performance.
  • Report customer insights to the wider team to optimise the customer experience on the website.
  • Present customer feedback to the cross-functional teams to ensure we’re listening to our customers and continuously striving to improve.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, retail and merchandising teams to share insights, brainstorm and contribute to campaigns and projects.
  • Support management and your team members when required.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar eCommerce role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Thinks critically before executing tasks.
  • An analytical mindset with experience interpreting data in Google Analytics and reporting on key industry metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento or similar) and with Web Developers.
  • Strong partnering & collaborative skills to drive overall eCommerce performance.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
