DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service

  • Maintain Nimble standards for customer service and styling steps with all customer interactions
  • Successfully communicate; special features, benefits, fabric properties, usage, and best care instructions for our products
  • Lead by example in service delivery & demonstrate that customers ALWAYS come first
  • Understand the importance of customer experience and continuously create an exceptional and noteworthy experience
  • Share overall brand message and any current campaign & community initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of in-shop stock availability on the sales floor and backrooms


Store Functions & Retail Processes

  • Complete standard opening and closing procedures
  • Actively maintain shop appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized, while ensuring that the shop is clean and well presented
  • Communicate any retail processes & pass-offs to teammates when needed
  • Participate in staff training and shop events as scheduled
  • Utilize the Point of Sale system (processing payments, returns/exchanges, gift cards & credit notes)
  • Maintains up to date availability in scheduling software


VM & Product Ownership

  • Assists management of window displays and weekly VM flips inline with HQ guidelines, including;
  • VM according to product functionality and design intent
  • Updating weekly VM document
  • Execute & coordinate window displays and mannequin styling in line with the marketing calendar and brand guidelines
  • Maintains updated product knowledge
  • Participate in fit sessions with all new product
  • Assess and supply feedback on new merchandise fit to HQ team
  • Assists with product feedback
  • Help with weekly product / customer feedback document
  • Actively solicits customer feedback during interactions


Stock

  • Assists maintaining backroom organization and cleanliness
  • Receives and processes warehouse stock from unpacking to merchandising
  • Assist maintaining organized stockroom based on incoming stock
  • Follow best practice for a seamless restock from back room to floor
  • Communicate broken stock to manager


Community

  • Assist the manager to plan and execute local community events and private shopping nights
  • Assist the manager to build relationships within the city’s influential health and wellness networks
  • Assist the manager to maintain and manage the local community event calendar
  • Assist operation of in-store community classes when needed
