Not quite right?
You can return most products (see below) within the return period provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
*Please note for hygiene reasons underwear is final sale only. No returns/refunds/exchanges/store credit unless faulty.
Important: You will receive a packing slip that must be included inside your parcel in order for our team to identify the sender. Without this we will not be able to process your return.
FULL PRICE: Refund, exchange and store credit available.
We offer size exchanges via our returns portal, pending availability on when the return is received in our warehouse. If you would like to exchange the style rather than the size, we will issue you a Store Credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.
SALE / PROMOTIONAL (includes products purchased as part of a promotion, e.g Black Friday): Store credit only.
FINAL SALE: No returns, exchanges or store credits unless faulty. If a product is on final sale it will say so on the product page.
For our Australian customers, we now offer FREE returns - simply lodge your return here.
For our international customers, we don’t yet offer free returns however stay tuned as we are working on this!
*Please note all returns are sent back to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia and take up to 5 business days to process once returned. During peak promotional periods please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
