Not quite right?
No sweat. lodge your return within 30 days via our returns portal or visit one of our stores (AU only).
Australian Returns
- 30-day return window
- $10 return fee applies to refunds (deducted from refund total)
- Exchanges and store credit are free
- Returns are sent to our Melbourne warehouse
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow:
- Up to 7 business days for processing
- Up to 14 business days during sale or holiday periods
Important:
A courier or Happy Returns notification means your parcel has been delivered — not yet processed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been assessed and completed.
International Returns
- 30-day return window
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
- Processing time: 7–14 business days once received in Australia
All international returns are sent to our Melbourne warehouse, and delivery times may vary depending on location.
Return Conditions
Items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Not be soiled or altered
For hygiene reasons:
- Undies and socks are final sale
- Swimwear must have tags attached and hygiene sticker intact
Refunds, Exchanges & Credit
You can choose:
- Refund (less $10 return fee for AU orders)
- Free size exchange (pending stock availability)
- Store credit
If you’d like a different style, store credit will be issued once your return is processed so you can select a new item.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged or credited unless deemed faulty.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Customer Care before returning it so we can assist.
AfterPay (In-Store Returns)
Our in-store teams cannot process AfterPay refunds.
If you paid via AfterPay, please lodge your return through the online returns portal.
Important
Once you submit your return, you’ll receive a returns slip via email.
This must be included inside your parcel so our warehouse team can identify your return.
Returns received without documentation may not be processed.
