As a Nimble Sales Associate, you lead by example to provide our customers with a world-class experience in the areas of product and community. You are able to speak authentically about who we are, and how to use our product. You love to sweat. You value balance. You don’t take yourself too seriously.


DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
● Maintains standards of FRIENDS within all customer service interactions.
 - Successfully communicates special features, benefits, fabric properties,
usage, and best care instructions of our products
- Leads by example in terms of service delivery & demonstrates that customers
come first
- Understand the importance of customer experience and continuously creates
an exceptional and noteworthy experience
- Shares overall brand message and any current campaign & community
initiatives

● Maintain knowledge of in-shop stock availability on the sales floor and backrooms
● Support and provide feedback to fellow teammates regarding customer interactions
- Completing monthly FRIENDS checklist on teammates

Store Functions & Retail Processes
● Completes standard opening and closing procedure
● Communicates any retail processes pass-offs to teammates when needed
● Participate in staff training and shop events as scheduled
● Utilise the Point of Sale system (processing payments, returns/exchanges and gift
cards)
● Maintains up to date availability in scheduling software

VM & Product Ownership
● Maintains shop appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organised, while
ensuring that the shop is clean and well presented
● Management of window displays and weekly VM flips inline with HQ guidelines
- VM’s according to product functionality and design intent
- Ownership of weekly VM slideshow
- Execute & coordinate window displays and mannequin styling in line with the
Marketing Calendar and brand guidelines
● Maintains updated product knowledge
- Conducts fit sessions with all new product
- Assess and supply feedback on new merchandise fit to team
● Assists with product feedback
- Help with weekly product / customer feedback document
- Actively solicits customer feedback during interactions
- Participates in quarterly product overview meetings with design &
merchandising team

Stock
● Maintain backroom organisation and cleanliness
- Maintain organised stockroom based on incoming stock
- Educate team members on broken stock and housekeeping technique of
stock
● Receives and processes warehouse stock from unpacking to merchandising
● Facilitate best practice for a seamless restock from back room to floor
● Communicate broken stock to manager

Community
● Assist the manager to plan and execute local community events and private
shopping nights
● Assist the manager to build relationships within the city’s influential health and
wellness networks
● Assist the manager to maintain and manage the local community event calendar
● Facilitate operation of community classes when needed
