THE ROLE
As Store Manager you will be responsible for all areas of the store and brand in your
respective market through the effective leadership of your team. You are essential in
shaping the brand in the market as well as running an entrepreneurial business that
anchors in the community. The Store Manager coaches and mentors the team in creating exceptional experiences inside and outside of the store.


Customer Service
● Maintain Nimble standards for customer service and styling steps with all
customer interactions, continuously creating an exceptional and noteworthy
customer service experience
● Lead by example in service delivery & demonstrate that customers ALWAYS
come first
● Successfully communicate; special features, benefits, fabric properties, usage,
and best care instructions for our products
● Share overall brand message and any current campaign & community initiatives
● Maintain knowledge of in-shop stock availability on the sales floor and
backrooms

Team
● Lead training and development of your team in all areas; customer service
excellence, product knowledge, sales targets / benchmarks & store operations
● Balancing financial results and execution with a fun, challenging, and creative
atmosphere
● Lead your teams results; create coaching logs that drive your team and store to
achieve budgets, benchmarks & goals
● Clearly communicate all relevant Head Office information to the retail team
● Provide quality feedback on trends affecting store performance to Area Manager
& HQ team
● Proactively recruit to fill your team pipeline; always on the lookout for amazing
additions to your team
Store Functions & Retail Processes
● Actively maintain store appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and
organised, while ensuring that the store is clean and well presented
● Communicate any retail training, standards, expectations, processes & pass-off
notes to all team
● Lead and participate in staff training and shop events as scheduled
● Management of weekly banking, bank log and store expenses
● Create and maintain monthly rosters and manage hours in line with business
budgets and targets
● Utilise the Point of Sale system (processing payments, returns/exchanges, gift
cards & credit notes)
● Complete standard opening and closing procedures
● Maintains up to date availability in scheduling software
● Develop innovative strategies that support; business, brand, community & team
growth that results in driving top line sales and budget goals

VM & Product Ownership
● Management of window displays and weekly VM flips inline with HQ guidelines
● Maintains updated product knowledge
● Conducts fit sessions with all new product
● Assess and supply feedback on new merchandise fit to team

Stock
● Ensure that all back of house activities are undertaken efficiently, such as
inventory management, in order for front of house to perform at its best capacity
● Maintaining backroom organisation and cleanliness (including incoming new
and replenishment stock)
● Receives and processes warehouse stock from unpacking to merchandising
● Follow best practice for a seamless restock from back room to floor
● Communicate broken stock to Area Manager & HQ team

● 3+ years Retail Store Manager experience
● A customer service junkie
● A retail lover
● Experienced in leading projects and teams
● An exceptional communicator
● A relationship builder – a true connector – out and about building key relationships
● Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback
● Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
● Enjoys analysing figures and confident with budgets
● Awareness and compliance with retail blackout periods
● Available Tuesday to Saturday
