As our Allocator you will be supporting all members of the Merchandise and Planning team. This role will be the perfect balance of analytics, inventory support and product to grow your skillset in this field.

Day to day you will be responsible for
Allocations and Inventory:

  • You’ll be our resident queen of stock, working closely with all business units to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time
  • Process store transfers and work alongside Store Managers to manage store product requests and react to sales demand. Without you the stores won’t tick along
  • Undertake consolidations and transfers between stores
  • Assist the Product Team with Retail stores range allocations
  • Assist the Planner with stock management across retail, wholesale and seeding
  • Manage our Purchase Orders process from creation, tracking and receipting into the warehouse

Reporting and Analysis:
Assist with our suite of super important reports including:
- weekly trade pack
- monthly performance wrap up
- in season, end of season and pre season kick off analysis
Ability to read and understand the WSSI & OTB
Ad hoc reporting to support the Merchandise Planner

Merchandising:

  • You’ll be the master of our systems and responsible for:
  • Product set-up
  • Raising all POs and creating size curves for new & rebuy orders
  • Pricing & status updates
  • Assist the Merchandiser with analysis on the retail environment
  • Assist the Merchandiser and Product Team with seasonal range plans


Shipping, Logistics & Other

  • Liaise with offshore production team and freight forwarders to ensure POs are shipped and delivered according to critical path
  • Manage day to day communications and all processes with our external warehouse (3PL)
  • Oversee that our 3PL completes tasks in a timely manner and according to agreed terms
  • Ensure effective management of our freight forwarders for all inbound POs
  • Ensure that our retail stores receive their transfers in a timely manner
  • Other ad hoc duties as required


About you:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have done store allocations for at least 6 months
  • Basic knowledge of a WSSI & OTB
  • Ability to size orders
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • A numbers lover
  • An attention-to-detail junkie
  • Inspired by the active industry and always keen to share ideas
  • Has an understanding of retail environment and a passionate attitude towards the ever-changing landscape
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback
