I love this bra! It’s really supportive but cut in such a way that it doesn’t create back or underarm bulges like many other high impact sports bras - so it’s flattering as well.
I am a C cup usually wear size 8/10 and the size S was perfect on me. Definitely will be purchasing more of them.

I underwent surgery this year for breast cancer and was in need of a bra that was really really supportive on my comeback to running after treatment. My cup size is only a b-c cup but because of the scar tissue, if the girls are not supported then exercise is actually painful.
I’d tried plenty of brands that had “supportive” bras but they clearly hadn’t had a research group use the product because jumping around in the change room, I was bouncing all over the place.
I tried this bra on instore and was really impressed how well engineered it was to strap me in firm and secure. I’ve just gone for my first run in it today and I’m pain free!! This is a phenomenal sports bra. Save your money elsewhere and just get this one. It’s worth it!!

Honestly super impressed to find this bra. As a woman that has a larger chest size I usually have a difficult time to find one. So relieved to have that support all round me really comfy. I wear the L and XL both help me throughout low and high impact workouts yay!.
I was drawn to the beautiful design of these bras and so easy to get on and off. Obviously the wonderful colours too.
Admittedly I still need a bit of additional support as I do have bit of bouncing apart from that a wonderful motivation to help me be active.
You won't regret it. I loved these bras and I look forward to more from this brand. thanks so much.

Generally, if you're seeing a little movement after washing it can be an indicator that you may have needed to move down a size.
