A mix of studio classes and getting outdoors - which these days involves a lot of pushing my son around in his pram & chasing him around the park!

My fave way to move is...
A lot of ways and I love changing it up! Pilates, yoga, boxing, spin. Always in a studio and I love losing myself in my own thoughts while the teacher takes the reins.

My fave way to move is...
I love a good Pilates class all year round but in summer, I live for spontaneous play! Beach volleyball, shooting hoops, bike riding, and cooling off with an ocean dip.
