Voome Chia Berry Overnight Oats

Details

  • Serves 2

  • 10 mins to make

  • 311 calories per serve

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats (45g)

  • 1 Tablespoons Chia Seeds (20g)

  • 250g Strawberries, hulled & roughly mashed

  • 1 Cups Low Fat Milk (250g)

  • 1 Teaspoons Honey (7g)

  • 1/3 Cups Low Fat Natural Yoghurt (80g)

  • 120g Fresh Blueberries

  • 2 Teaspoons Unsalted Pistachio Kernels (7g)

Method

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, strawberries, milk and honey in a bowl and stir until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Divide between serving bowls and top with yoghurt, blueberries and pistachios to serve.
