Kick off your weekend with an evening of mat pilates (Phyiscore style!!) with epic beats by Physicore's very own founder, Cat Rose! Chima will be leading us through an hour long pilates flow with movements replicated from the megareformer used at the Physicore studios.
Tickets for this event are $10 and the proceeds will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to wrap up pink ribbon month.
