Measure the waist

Your natural waistline is the narrowest area of the waist. To measure, relax your stomach and place the tape measure flat around the waist

Measure the hip

To achieve the most accurate hip measurement, stand with feet together and measure around the widest point of you hips - this is generally one to two inches lower than the hip bones where your bottom is at the fullest.

Best running shorts!
I absolutely love the tempo weightless shorts. As the name suggests they are incredibly comfortable and lightweight. The waist band isn't restrictive at all like other run shorts can be,and the cut is so flattering.
Definitely going to purchase more pairs!

Best running shorts!!!
These lightweight running shorts are an absolute fave — super breathable, barely-there feel, and they move with you no matter the pace. I’ve been living in them for runs, walks, and everything in between.
