For some locations around Aus our usual delivery times are taking a little longer than normal (8-14 Days), please hang in there, we assure you the wait is worth it. You can find the most up to date information and updates with Australia Post here.

What a time to be in the biz!
Our main focus during this period of uncertainty is to ensure our team and our community (that's you!) are safe. We are operating with additional precautions as guided by the government, WHO, industry guidelines and what we consider to be practical in the circumstances.

We can't thank you enough for supporting our small business during this time. We hope that our products are making your time at home a little more comfortable. 😊

We are dispatching online orders as per usual. We are operating our warehouse with modified hours to ensure our team members have plenty of space when working and dispatching your orders. Note that this may cause some slight delays in dispatching orders. We have also set up hygiene stations along every step of our processes to ensure your package is sent out with the utmost care.

Deliveries will now be contactless with Australia Post, the driver will try to obtain a signature upon delivery, but if this is not possible, the parcel will be left at the premises as per authority to leave instructions or taken to a post office or collection point. Our carriers are taking every initiative to ensure the safe delivery of parcels during this current time.

We're back! Our stores will be re-opening from Friday 15th May. Check out our revised trading hours here
Here’s what we’re doing in-store:

  • Max 6 people (including us) allowed in store at one time, YAY to 1:1 customer care👭
  • On entry we are providing a lovely spritz of hand sanitiser
  • Cya later cash, we are only accepting card payments 💳
  • We kindly ask customers to pretty please hold on to their coat hangers while in store - we will then wipe each one down with antibacterial wipes.
  • In addition to our professional cleaners, we have now all become pro cleaners, and we promise we are constantly cleaning our store throughout the day with antibacterial product.
    It’s so important that we all come together as a community during this time and support each other as much as possible... whilst keeping our social distance. STAY STRONG, SAFE AND POSITIVE X

    With freight and delivery services unaffected at this stage, we are still delivering within Australia and worldwide.

    We have joined the WFH crew and are loving our daily zoom meetings and live workouts together. We have been getting extra creative and are learning new ways to pivot or business to serve you better. Stay tuned on this journey as we keep healthy and active together.
