It’s supportive without being restrictive. It allows your shoulders to move freely without worrying about having to re-adjust straps or the front creeping down or up to under noon or cleavage. Great for gym/weights sessions and mid intensity HIIT workouts - star jump approved. This is my first set and colourway that isn't a dark colour and I LOVE! Tickle Me Pink is such a fun, girly pattern and its made from recycled materials - what more could you ask for?! Personally I find not too much jump movements in this bra - I prefer Nimble's high intensity selection - but still comfortable and minimal movement (just the reasoning why I put 'Fits - A little big').
