We are looking for an experienced accounts all rounder.  You will be solely responsible for all finance and accounting tasks within the organization from reconciliations and transaction posting, to accurate reporting and informative analysis.


Working directly with the Founders, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of the business through the data you provide and your tight control of the finance function.


This role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude who loves a variety of tasks.



Financial Accounting:

  • Month end close including invoice processing, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and journals
  • Manage the Accounts Payable process from invoice inputting to payment
  • Manager the Accounts Receivable process from invoicing to payment receipt 
  • Reconcile all bank accounts
  • Reconcile and maintain inventory movements between prepaid stock and inventory and ensure inventory subledger reconciles with GL
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Cashflow forecasting & reporting
  • Meet all legislative obligations on time ie Tax (GST/PAYG/FBT/Corporation Tax)), Payroll Taxes, Superannuation, Annual Reporting requirements etc (Note, where required you will be supported by our external accounts eg Corporation Tax and FBT)
  • Perform audits of sales, tax and GL accounts

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Accurate financial reporting - P&L, Balance sheet and Cash Flow
  • Analyze the companies data to understand the companies results
  • Provide insights to management on revenue and costs focusing on potential opportunities for improvement
  • Month End Management Pack (Quantitative and qualitative insights)
  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process 


  • Fortnightly Payroll processing
  • Financial system reconciliations 


  • You have a strong work ethic, can multi-task within deadlines and love finance!
  • You are passionate about the health & wellness space, and having the chance to work autonomously within a fast growing business. 
  • You love numbers and are an Excel wizz.
  • We are looking for candidates with:
    • at least 5 years experience in accounting
    • Newly Qualified or Qualified (CPA / CA)
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel
    • Xero experience would be an advantage
