Beat the summer heat with this decadent treat! Using Coco Tribe’s Australian made, certified organic coconut milk ice cream, you can create your own choc-tops in minutes with this no-fuss healthy recipe. Founded by Tedy Altree-Williams, Coco Tribe brings you 4 ice cream flavours (peanut butter, matcha, vanilla & chocolate) made lovingly by coconut lovers. Using only the finest coconut cream and plant-based ingredients, you can now satisfy your cravings with a lactose free and (most importantly) guilt free alternative.

Makes: 6-8 serves

Ingredients:

1 x 80g Block Dark Chocolate

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Coco Tribe Chocolate Ice Cream

Ice Cream Cones

Superfood toppings of choice: bee pollen, matcha, buckinis, raspberries, black sesame seeds, toasted coconut flakes, finely chopped roasted almonds, pistachio & rose petals

Method:

  1. Break up the dark chocolate and place in a metal bowl. Set bowl over a small saucepan over simmering water.
  2. Add coconut oil and stir gently until chocolate has melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Scoop Coco Tribe Chocolate Ice Cream into ice cream cones and dip into melted chocolate mixture to coat well.
  4. Sprinkle superfood toppings of choice immediately and stand upright to set.
  5. Serve immediately & enjoy!
