Mango and Coconut Water Smoothie

Looking for a delicious summer time smoothie? As the weather gets warmer, we love using coconut water in our smoothies - we share the recipe for our refreshing mango and coconut water smoothie below.

Makes: 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ large mango, pitted and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup H2Coco Pure Coconut Water
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt

METHOD:

  1. Peel and roughly chop mango and banana
  2. Place the fruit, coconut water, yoghurt and honey into a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Add more coconut water if necessary to reach desired consistency
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
